On this page, you will find various forms for submitting prayer requests.

The general prayer request form is for you to share a request about you or someone else. Let us know if you would like your request to be included in the weekly prayer list or if you want a staff member to pray with you. The Weekly prayer list is updated every Wednesday. Prayer requests remain on the list for a month unless we receive further updates.

The children's prayer request form is for submitting a prayer request about one of your children. Pastor Luke prays for the children regularly and values specific prayers for your children. He also prays for all the children during the pastoral prayer about once every other month.  

All prayer requests are automatically sent to Pastor Luke and Elder Kim Murphy.

Children's Prayer Requests
Please fill out your prayer requests for each of your children. Pastor Luke prays for the children as part of the pastoral prayer about once every other month.
 
You can use this form to inform pastor Luke of specific prayer requests you would like him to mention in this pastoral prayer.

Pastor Luke also regularly prays for the children during his quiet time. You can use this form to share a prayer request at other times as well.  

When you are sharing your prayer requests, please use the format:
Child's name: Prayer request

Please include a separate line for each child.
Please include the name and email of the parent, making the request
